This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a body shop. First of all, everyone that works here is friendly and nice. The place is clean and it is not anything like what you normally expect from a collision center. I awoke on a Saturday morning to my daughter’s car hit where we live. The driver’s side was completely smashed and we could not even open the doors on that side to get in. I got the car to them on a Saturday and within an hour we were out with a brand new rental and West Delray collision handled everything from that point on from the insurance to an excellent repair. We were updated on the progress and the car was completed on time. The car looks fantastic and the entire car was detailed and came back looking BETTER than when it went in. Taylor at the front desk was so helpful and easy to deal with and Forrest in the back handled the repair process. This company took a horrible situation for us and made it as painless as possible. I hope we never have to, but if we ever need auto body work, I would only use this place going forward. Great business.
